Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Domestic Shipping Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. International Shipping Shipping times vary by country. Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Tracking All orders include tracking information sent by email once shipped. Delays KT1 TUT is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather issues, or customs hold times. Wrong Address Customers are responsible for entering the correct address. If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply. Lost or Stolen Packages Once the carrier marks the package as delivered, KT1 TUT is not responsible.
