Shipping Policy – KT1

At KT1, we work hard to deliver your merch, accessories, CDs, digital bundles, and limited-edition releases as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All KT1 merch orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During special drops, sales, or high-volume releases, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days. Digital products are delivered instantly.

Shipping Times & Methods

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location.

• United States: 2–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (varies by destination and customs)

Delivery times may vary during holidays or major releases.

International Orders

International orders may have customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. KT1 is not responsible for these charges.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your address at checkout. KT1 is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier. KT1 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment, but we will do our best to help.
